The mix here is unusual. There are newer neighborhoods that went up in the last fifteen years, and there are places on real acreage a half mile off the highway with their own well and septic. We are on a well and septic. Can you still do plumbing work?
Yes, on the house side. Water heaters, drains, and interior pipe repair are all standard for us. If the trouble turns out to be the well pump or the septic system itself, we will say so instead of billing you to find out.
Our shop building has no heat or air. Can you do something about that?
Usually a ductless mini split is the answer. It does not need duct, it heats and cools, and it can be zoned to just the space you actually use. It is one of the more common requests we get out this way.
Do you handle both HVAC and plumbing, or do you subcontract the plumbing?
We do both in house. Same company, same crew, same phone number. Nobody gets handed off.
