These terms cover your use of this website and the text messages we send. By using the site, submitting a form, booking online, or opting in to texts, you agree to them. The website and these terms are provided by HMS Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC, a Texas home services company based in Krugerville, Texas. Work we do at your home is covered by the estimate, work order, or invoice for that job, and where those differ from these terms, the job paperwork wins.

Text messaging terms

HMS Heating & Air Conditioning sends text messages to customers and people who ask us for service. Here is how that program works.

• What you will receive. Messages about your service request, appointment reminders and scheduling, technician arrival updates, estimates, invoices, and follow up on work we have done. If you separately agree to it, we may also send occasional offers and seasonal maintenance reminders.
• How you opt in. By checking the consent box on a form on this site, booking online, or texting us first, you agree to receive texts from HMS Heating & Air Conditioning at the number you provide, which may include messages sent by an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• How often. Message frequency varies with your service activity.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
• How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (940) 222-9313.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number. If you change or give up the mobile number you gave us, please let us know so we do not text the next owner of that number.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text message consent with anyone for their own marketing. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services, contact us, apply for financing, and book appointments. Please do not misuse it, including by trying to interfere with how it works, submitting false information, or sending spam through our forms.

We keep the information here accurate and current, but it is general information about our services, not a quote, diagnosis, or professional advice for your specific home. Every system is different, and what your home needs is decided on site.

Estimates, pricing, and appointments

• Prices for work are given after we have looked at the job. Nothing on this site is a binding price or an offer to do work at a set price.
• Online booking requests an appointment. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it with you, and times may shift if earlier jobs run long or an emergency comes in. We will let you know if that happens.
• Coupons and discounts shown on this site are subject to the conditions printed on them and cannot be combined unless the coupon says otherwise.
• Emergency service is available 24/7, but emergency response times are not guaranteed.

Third party services

Parts of this site are provided by other companies, including our online booking, contact forms, reviews, chat, maps, website analytics, and financing applications. Financing is offered by a third party lender, and approval, rates, and terms are decided by that lender, not by HMS. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies also apply. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Reviews and content you send us

Reviews shown on this site come from customers on third party platforms such as Google. If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you allow us to display it on our website and marketing.

Ownership of site content

The text, photos, logos, and design of this site belong to HMS Heating & Air Conditioning or are used with permission. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the equipment we service. Please do not copy or reuse site content without our written permission.
