We come out. Celina is a regular stop on our week, not an exception we make. We are based in Krugerville and run into Collin County constantly, so scheduling here works like it does anywhere else in the service area.
My builder warranty just ended. What should I have looked at first?
Static pressure and the condensate setup. Those two catch most of what gets missed on a production install: undersized returns, kinked flex duct, and a drain line that was never sloped properly. Both are cheap to check and expensive to ignore.
Why is my upstairs always hotter than downstairs?
In a two story Celina home it is almost always a duct and return problem rather than a bad unit. Heat stacks upstairs, and if the upstairs return is undersized the system cannot pull enough air through to keep up. Closing downstairs vents makes it worse, not better. We measure before we recommend.
Can you handle plumbing too, or just HVAC?
Both. Water heaters, drain cleaning, and pipe repair are part of what we do, and it is the same crew, same phone number, same pricing approach.
Do you work on the brand my builder installed?
Yes. We service all the majors, Goodman, Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Rheem, Amana, American Standard, and Daikin included. Builder grade equipment is not a problem to work on, it just needs setting up properly.
