Priced before we start. On a house with three systems the difference between a repair and a full replacement is enormous, and you should see both numbers before deciding.
Emergency service at any hour. Standard hours are 8am to 5pm. Outside them you still get a person, not a voicemail box.

Usually not. On a zoned Prosper home the more common causes are a failed damper motor, a bad zone board, or a bypass damper that was set up wrong at install. All of those are far cheaper than equipment, and all of them get misdiagnosed as a dying system. We check the controls before we talk about replacing anything.
We have three systems. Do they all need replacing at the same time?
No. They rarely wear at the same rate, because the upstairs system in a Texas attic works far harder than the one serving the ground floor. We will give you an honest read on each and let you sequence it. Anyone insisting all three go at once should be asked why.
Are you actually cheaper than the big companies?
We do not always win on sticker price, and we would rather be honest about that than promise it. What we do differently is diagnose properly so you are not paying for equipment you did not need, which is usually where the real money is.
