Both, every time. On a multi system house the two units share a building and not much else, and a fault in one often points at something worth checking in the other. The inspection covers everything that is running.
We are on propane rather than natural gas. Does that change anything?
It changes the orifices and the setup, not whether we can work on it. Plenty of Argyle furnaces run on propane and we service them the same way, including conversions that were done years ago and never verified afterward.
