Emergency calls taken. Standard hours run 8am to 5pm. A house without heat during a freeze this far north is not something we push to the morning.

How quickly can you get here in an emergency?
Slower than in Denton County and faster than waiting for someone to decide you are worth the drive. When you call we will tell you a realistic time rather than an optimistic one, because the worst outcome out here is sitting home all day for a truck that never comes.
We are on propane and a septic system. Does that limit what you can do?
Propane heating equipment is completely standard for us. On the plumbing side we handle the house: water heaters, drains, and pipe repair. The septic system itself is outside our scope and we will say so rather than bill you to find out.
The wind out here seems to make the house impossible to heat. Is that real?
Partly. Exposure genuinely increases the load on an open property. But a house that cannot hold temperature usually also has leaking attic duct or a system that has lost capacity, and those are fixable. We measure so you know which portion is the weather and which portion is the house.

All the majors, including Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Amana, American Standard, and Daikin. We are not a single brand dealer, so recommendations follow the house.
