Lantana is a large planned community off FM 407 between Flower Mound and Argyle, in unincorporated Denton County. Building started in the early 2000s and continued for years, so the community has a wide range of home ages, most of them large two story houses with two systems, one for each floor.
The early sections are now at the age when original systems wear out, and many owners face their first full replacement, usually two at once. We help plan that so it happens on your schedule and not in the middle of a heat wave. We come from Krugerville, about thirty minutes away. We make the drive. Office hours are 8am to 5pm, with 24/7 emergency calls. Lantana is about half an hour from our shop.

Both of our systems are original. Should we replace them together?
Not necessarily. If one is failing and the other still tests well, replacing one now can make sense. If both are worn, doing them together can save on labor. We will give you prices both ways.
Why is our upstairs always warmer?
Heat rises, the upstairs system often fights a hot attic, and the ducts up there can lose a lot of cooling. Balancing, duct repair, or a properly sized replacement can close the gap.
Is a water filtration system worth it?
If your water leaves scale on fixtures or tastes off, a filtration system can help and can extend the life of your water heater. We can test and recommend what fits.
What is the best time of year to replace an AC?
Spring and fall, when demand is lower and you are not without cooling in the heat. Planning ahead also gives you time to compare options.
Do you offer financing on two systems at once?
